Such sad news. I met Stewart in 2000 when I worked at PSI. My luggage had been lost and he drove me around Zambia to make sure it was recovered. As we zig-zagged through traffic, Stewart waxed philosophical about our organization, its mission, & international aid. I learned as much in an hour as I might have in weeks of reading. I last saw him in Nigeria - I think 2012/3, though it’s hard to imagine it’s been so long. He had such wit and was so caring & kind. My condolences to his family & loved ones.
