Stewart was my cousin and I have very fond memories of him at our family gatherings over the years. My mum and I visited him and his family when they were living in Paris and we (Stewart, Sally and I) climbed up Notre Dame cathedral where we had our picture taken together. Stewart became a very handsome and charismatic man. The last time I saw him was at our Auntie Elsie’s and we had a very long interesting discussion. Elsie was proudly showing everyone the beautiful drawing that he had done for her of a cat which had been framed. It was simply stunning and demonstrated how incredibly talented and gifted he was. It is so very sad that he has passed away so young and he will be deeply missed by everyone, but will live on in our hearts.
