Oh Stewart, the world would have liked to keep you a bit longer. What to write about Stewart... I can almost hear his funny and snappy comments on anything I might write. I worked with Stewart at PSI - in the early 2000's when he was in Lagos and later for a short time in Washington DC. When he was in Lagos, I was his backstopper at the PSI HQ - it was a fun time, full of work and laughter, to which Stewart, which his sharp mind and ready wit contributed a lot. Bon voyage Stewart.
